Commercial & Construction Debris Removal in Tulsa, OK

Renovation debris slows down every other trade on site until it's gone. Office cleanouts eat into your move-in date. Either way, the clock's running — so we work around your schedule, not the other way around.

Commercial and construction debris removal is priced by volume: $375–$450 for a half truckload, $575–$650 for a full truckload, and quoted from $1,150 for multi-load job sites.

For ongoing debris a 15-yard roll-off at $225 the first day and $25 after is almost always cheaper than repeat hauls. We’re fully insured and can send a certificate on request.

Common Questions

Commercial FAQ

Can you work around our contractor's schedule?

Yes — that's most of what this job is. Tell us the phase timeline and we'll slot in so debris never holds up the next trade.

Do you bill per load or per project?

Both, depending on the job. Send details or a few photos and we'll give you a straightforward quote before anything starts.

Can you handle recurring pickups during a long renovation?

Yes. Multi-week and multi-phase jobs are common for us — we'll set a schedule that matches your build.

Do you invoice commercial accounts?

Yes. Contractors, property managers, realtors and retail businesses can be set up on invoiced terms instead of paying per job. Ask when you book and we'll get the account opened.

Can you work after hours or on weekends?

Yes. For retail, restaurant and office work we'd rather come in after close than haul fixtures through your customers. Weekend work is available at no premium.

Are you insured, and can you provide a COI?

Yes, A2Z Junk Removal LLC is fully insured, and we can send a certificate of insurance before we come on site. Most general contractors and property managers ask for one and it's never a problem.

Do you take concrete, brick and dirt?

Yes, but heavy material is dense — a small volume of concrete or dirt weighs as much as a full load of furniture. Send a photo and we'll quote it as its own job rather than off the standard volume tiers.

Is a dumpster or a haul better for a job site?

If debris is generated over days or weeks, rent the dumpster — $225 the first day and $25 per day after beats repeat truckloads every time. If it's a one-time tear-out that needs to be gone today, book the haul.
