We keep this short and plain. We are a local junk removal and dumpster rental company. We collect the information we need to quote your job and show up at the right address — nothing more.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us — your name, phone number, email address, and service address, whether you call us, text us, fill out a form on this site, or submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram.
- Job details — what you need removed, when you need it gone, photos you send us, and notes about access to the property.
- Basic site data — standard web traffic information such as pages viewed, browser type, and referring site, collected through analytics.
How we use it
- To quote your job and schedule the pickup or dumpster drop.
- To contact you about that job by phone, text, or email — including follow-up if we miss each other.
- To send occasional offers or reminders if you have asked to hear from us. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or telling us on the phone.
- To improve our service and understand which of our ads actually reach people who need us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business — scheduling and invoicing software, payment processors, and advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google — and only to the extent they need it to do that work. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Advertising
We advertise on platforms including Meta and Google. If you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, that platform passes your responses to us so we can contact you about your quote. Those platforms handle your data under their own privacy policies as well as this one. You can manage your ad preferences in the settings of each platform.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number, you agree we may text you about your quote or scheduled job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of further messages at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and job records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet our tax and legal obligations, then we dispose of them.
Your choices

Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
